my experience was very good, as soon as I learned that it tracks all purchases over different stores or suppliers, all in one place, I realized how it saved me time. SHOP was able to track my packages and I could also track by the carrier if needed. Bottom line, saved me time, and reminded me of other items I might still be interested in. SHOP is like having an assistant!

Shop's advertising tools have very little flexibility. You would think that a large company like Shopify would have more robust ad options. We can't even create campaigns by product categories.

The support this newbie received was wonderful. Provided guidance with so many issues. Even helped out with the interface with Canva, Printeez - how wonderful is that!! I learned so much and now are thrilled to be launching my online store. Congrats Shopify for a great job well done. HIghly recommend Shopify

Love the Shop App, it increases customers and sales by offering use of their payment system with different payment options for customers. Win-Win

Easy to implement and update. A bit restricting with content, especially product sorting, but a worthy channel to help increase visibility and sales.

Excellent app it has helped drive more traffic to my website therefore increasing sales. It's been a great help to my business.

Many people they don't know about this app I wish if it's go wider so the benefit will be for all I already want it for most of my friend and they being surprised because they didn't hear about it before that's why I'm saying this

Shop is a very user friendly app that makes purchasing items a breeze. You can favorite an item for later if it's something you'd like to purchase and or, repurchase. The Seller can customize their storefront so that it stands out from others in the app. I think it's a wonderful feature for all businesses including small ones. Highly recommend!

J'ai passé une commande pendant les fêtes et la commande a pris du retard, le service client drubs ont été hyper réactif et mon remercié de ma patience par un beau geste commerciale, le sweat à capuche et mon bonnet me tiennent super chaud et de bonne qualité, en plus il fait bien chaud avec un drubs au vue des temps qui fait.

In generale su shopify, consigliamo di inserire la possibilità di mettere il brand, ad oggi è possibile solo tramite collezioni, questo faciliterebbe anche la sezioni ordini dove non è possibile avere di default la colonna brand, che a prima vista potrebbe essere molto importanrte, resto tutto ok.

This app has a fantastic way of showcasing your products. It gets them out there to people that otherwise wouldn't see your store. I'm very impressed with Shop. They make you feel like you have a second store. They have spectacular style and their design of their website is so easy to implement your items into. I'm just thrilled with it. Thanks so much!

Works great when they actually allow you to be online. But they’re stringent process of you having a .9% chargeback rate or less is very difficult to contend with when you have customers who will charge back five minutes after they made an order because they have buyers remorse or whatever. And then you get penalized.

I switched over from Etsy about a year ago to Shop and it was a smart move. However, because there are so many app options it can be overwhelming to know which to install especially when there are multiple apps that seem to do the same thing. I will say the integrated AI help assistant is FANTASTIC. Anytime I have any issue I get perfectly accurate help and good explainations. It might be a good idea to offer certain alternate versions where the basic necessary apps are set up for you based on your store type and need. There are simply too many options to sift through and for a small business it can be time consuming. That being said, I appreciate the constant new improvements and many free options that provide true enhancement and value including ways to streamline and automate workflows. I am very happy with the level of customer support available. I would only caution someone who isn't very tech savvy to hire a consultant or do a bit of research first. Otherwise, very pleased with the app.

Good marketing tool to expand reach beyond what just a Shopify store alone does. Only wish that there was more ability to customize and less limits on number of products, categories, etc.
