I am so grateful for the shop app. One big thing that everyone is grateful for is traffic, everyone has to have traffic on their site, and this allows for that. I love that people can leave reviews on the app, this is a huge plus. The app has a clean visual appearance, the navigation is smooth, and it deserves 5 stars. We can actually be found on the internet, and other small online stores can be found. What a gem of an app. Thank you.

Es una aplicación bastante intuitiva, lo que pasa es que tiene muchas cosas para configurar y hay que ir probando hasta que está como tu quieres. Pero lo hace muy sencillo, la verdad. No hace falta ser programador para poder tener una web medianamente presentable.

It may be because this company's corporate office is located in Canada, but if you are in the United States and a merchant, they DO NOT respond to your requests for help. We have been with them for about a year, and it has been one problem after another. They keep taking payment for their services, but WILL NOT respond to chat or support tickets. And forget about talking to them on the phone. That's impossible. Would not recommend this system for your point of sale system.

We've been making 95% of sales on the Shop app, and it's very easy to make sales, as this is a trusted platform for shoppers. However, minus one star because you need at least 100 orders to advertise. When that gets changed to around 10-15, then I'll change this to a 5. Thanks Shop!

Great app! I love having the ability to directly meet shoppers where they spend their time. Advertising with Shop has been one of the most beneficial strategies for our company. Highly recommend

my experience has been horrible, first some how hackers got into my in and posted over the web I made several attempts to talk to customer service only to get a sentence from a chat bot the 3 weeks ago bye and I found out my check out is not working and had not been since day one I was told is was shop that was blocking people from being able to check out and I still got no help,then I started having dns problems up until today when I had sent multiple messages saying some thing was wrong but I was told my status page was green so its fine,then today after finding more of my information only on this site that I put on 2 days ago did I decide some else. so I go to zendrop to get help with the site I pay for and when I get back to my page that I'm on thin ice now well 2 hours later I'm not in compliance with shop but I have been for months and nothing has changed, and this is keeping it clean I literally was told I had to fix the problem even though I pay for a working product I never recieved

I have no experience selling online. To be honest, I tried TikTok shop first, but quickly became frustrated and overwhelmed. Instead of calling it quits & giving up, I asked CHATGPT for suggestions, and was provided with the information I needed to create a Shopify seller's account. I am so happy that I didn't give up. Creating an account and setting up my shop has been much easier, and I feel more confidant that I can navigate this on my own.

Keep getting charged for an inactive trial account. Huge scam. Go with another company with ACTUAL customer support, not these Canadians.
