I switched over from Etsy about a year ago to Shop and it was a smart move. However, because there are so many app options it can be overwhelming to know which to install especially when there are multiple apps that seem to do the same thing. I will say the integrated AI help assistant is FANTASTIC. Anytime I have any issue I get perfectly accurate help and good explainations. It might be a good idea to offer certain alternate versions where the basic necessary apps are set up for you based on your store type and need. There are simply too many options to sift through and for a small business it can be time consuming. That being said, I appreciate the constant new improvements and many free options that provide true enhancement and value including ways to streamline and automate workflows. I am very happy with the level of customer support available. I would only caution someone who isn't very tech savvy to hire a consultant or do a bit of research first. Otherwise, very pleased with the app.

Good marketing tool to expand reach beyond what just a Shopify store alone does. Only wish that there was more ability to customize and less limits on number of products, categories, etc.

I love how the shop app is easy for shoppers to use. My biggest problem is THE APP decides what products to promote and put first for campaigns. Currently it is spot lighting a product we don't even have stock of. I would like them to add the ability to put a short video for the shop updates section, right now it is only a post.

It is an easy interface with Shopify and gets us out to a whole other group of customers. Note - you have to update it, just like your website, but separate from your website. When I update sales etc - I look at both places to make sure they are correct.

Seemless account activation, aesthetic interface and really simple editing format. A great platform to incorporate into your business for an additional sales channel. Would highly recommend using the Shop app to any business owner.

Honestly, I had no idea i was actually using this app, but the UI/UX is incredible. It's beautiful, helpful, it showcases our products wonderfully. I am very excited to learn more about how to leverage this incredible app for our company.

I am a complete beginner and at first it was very overwhelming, but if you just take it day by use AI you’ll do fine as long as it takes. They’re still there. One thing I wish is that you could get a three day just to go in and look around without having to be charged the dollar even though it’s a great price anyway.

Most of the number of orders that came to our store are from Shop. It's really helping us to have our brand out there. However, I wish there's a more customization option. I always find myself redoing the same thing over and over again for the collections and headline. I also find it difficult to figure out how to design the whole shop.

Shop is a great tool to help us reach more clients. Not only it increases our sales, help us grow our business but it also give customers a peace of mind by allowing them to track the whole process of their orders until they reach their doorstep.

My biggest issue is getting quality traffic to get off the ground.. if there is a way to tap in to a market place to get going that will help.. Etsy has a captive market.. is it possible for shopify to build a captive market

I'm still pretty new to the Shop app, but really appreciate the nice clean more minimal version of my store to showcase my services & products to empower my GenX audience to stay strong & aligned with their physical & mental health in balance.

This APP causes more issues than it is worth. EVERY TIME I fulfil an order (in the UK) SHOP sends my customer a DHL (USA) tracking number to my customer causing so much confusion. The are no settings to prevent this and ZERO support. It's just simply awful.

Having a good time buying and selling on the app. You have to filter out all of China since they use the app as a scam site, though.

I truly enjoy Shopify Shop. It has made selling stickers so much easier and more convenient. Kudos to Shopify!!
