This app has already helped me to identify pain points for my customers when they visit my website. The recording has a high fps and shows where the customers click as they navigate. It also provides a huge library of saved recording and an analytics page to see relevant data. I am currently on the free plan and it's doing everything I need it to do, and as my business grows I will continue to use this app. It's been great so far the the customer service has been excellent.

We just started a new stored and unfortunately still on budget, but its great to see recordings because we can check if there are some problems with website and make it better! Great app!

This app helps me to literally see the customer journey and where we can improve our website to reduce lost sales on our site - be it page loading speeds, errors incurred, site navigation, popular and unpopular products. This app used to be better. Viewing visitors is SO inconvenient. 3 clicks to open one session and then go back again to turn on another one? where are the filters? it's a mess. will not install again
