This app works great, helps me analyse how the customer is behaving on my store and where my funnel is lacking. By watching session videos I'm able to take corrective measures to improve conversions. Also, support is really responsive they help you out in case you get any issue or have a query. Very prompt service!

The application is quite good, the customer service is perfect, they help you and give you a quick solution. It would be nice if the page could be translated into languages other than English.

Great app! It has allowed me to make the accurate optimisations to my store pages based on real data. Eliminates all the guessing and reduces the amount of trial and errors needed.

This would go down as one of the worst apps ever due to the customer support lying to me, I just got accidentally charged for 2 apps but after contacting their customer support I got refunded even though my trial period was over, I remember last week when same thing happened with this app the customer support guy lied to me that there was no refund option and made me switch to another plan with no refund option, plus once u re-installl the app your subscription would be gone

The application is easy to use. Good recording of customer behavior, but they are still developing to improve these features. I can recommand.

Very useful app that allows to see where customers are clicking or viewing on your site. Works a treat when used alongside Microsoft Clarity but this will be my new go to! (Also free up to a certain amount of pages so can't go wrong!)
