You get what you pay for… Cheap and in turn poor recordings, can’t handle when customers scroll or change links or move the mouse, causes the recordings to glitch all over the place like crazy, making it impossible to detect any issues on your site that other customers may face

its not that good, there is alot of alternative that are better. Use that instead of this. Its not collecting all the data so its bad. Also sometimes its saying other things like somone did a atc worth of 100 pound but its actually 30 pound so the tracking system is bad

Great app, helps a lot understand customer behaviour and bottlenecks. Also great insights on Add to carts etc. Since our Shopify Tracking is broken and Shopify doesnt help this app helped us a lot!
