The Searchanise.io customer service team is excellent. They successfully made the changes we couldn't implement on the front end. Although there might be a bit of a learning curve, the Searchanise team is always ready to help if you reach out. Overall, it's a great app, and we would recommend it.

It's a great app with many features. The filter tree is very helpful ad customizable. The app is great for improving your store's UI. The support team is highly responsive and are great at figuring out what you need.

Searchanise fills the gaps that Shopify can't or won't. We use them because Search & Discovery won't allow filtering of as many products as we have in some collections. They also do 60 day best selling, so your sort order isn't locked into prioritizing some product that you blew out two years ago. They have so many features, and so many options to optimize. The fact is, if you need features beyond Search & Discovery you end up needing a service like Searchanise. Many of these are egregiously expensive or a huge drag on performance. Searchanise is neither. Their core app is really easy on performance. Their biggest performance drawback is a reliance on jquery, which usually takes longer to load than their app. Overall though, they try hard and provide incredibly responsive support. They help you work through issues and provide support to your developers for customizations. Shout out to Ksenya for helping us fix some of our more persistent issues. The impression I get is that the Searchanise team is always improving, and in this with us when it comes to plugging the gaps in Shopify's capabilities.

What an incredible app and company with incredible people like Sophia M. Their app was my third attempt to add a sort and filter to my store and it was proving difficult and tedious a task but Searchanise has totally solved my problem and more. What best is that I needed custom code adding to make a change to my collection and, on a Saturday, I got a reply within minutes with the custom code snipped I needed to add which I've implemented and worked first time! You don't experience this level of service everywhere so I'm grateful and impressed - Highly recommend this app and company, thanks you Sophia!

Great support from the Searchanise team. I've had the app on my store for some time anow and Elijah helped me with layout issues when I changed to a new theme recently. Super-fast response and quick resolution

Terrible support, terrible app. Firstly the app never picked up any of our branding colours, so had to spend over an hour of my time manually adding them in multiple places and then testing on the front end. The results returned were poor and inaccurate. The results page showed some weird narrow block of two product columns on desktop with no setting to say three columns. The filters with metafields simply did nothing on the front end despite all my products having metafields. Absolute waste of my time and having sent 5 emails to your so called support team and only one answered, I decided to uninstall and look elsewhere. Don't bother replying with the standard "Please contact our support team" because I certainly will not and would be another complete waste of time since you rudely ignore emails anyway!

The tool may be really powerful but when you are trying to set up your store and get it as quickly as possible and not having to go through a a full web developers course and getting 2 masters in order to do a task it will be much better. If you know how to code and develop this may be a tool for you if not do not even try I read so much and not success at all.

I'm really impressed by the quality of the product and the quality and the efficience of the team working there. We installed Searchanize 10 days ago. And it worked perfectly well. I wanted to implement in-depth customization and it's impressive how fast they answer, and how they implement everything that i wanted to try. Really thanks guys !
