For us, as a small store with a very specific target audience, it does take some time to find the right settings and determine which data is most relevant to use but our Strategist Kori is highly knowledgeable and guides us well through the process, helping us get the most out of the data.

RetentionX is more than just an app, it's become a partner. Their monthly coaching service is surprisingly affordable for the value it provides. But overall, just the app presents your data is such an easier way to digest for all things retention. Hard to understand why this isn't mandatory for any DTC company.
