Zepto product advisors have been superbly responsive (and patient) as I learned the system while setting up my first Shopify store ever. I made a few false starts and had to backtrack to fix mis-connects, etc. And they helped me not just with references to documentation, but by creating screen shots of them identifying the exact places on my actual website that I needs to find or edit and what values were needed.
