IMPORTANT NOTE: The customer service is AMAZING!! I have contacted them twice and each time they have been wonderful! I have to admit I am still in the testing stages, but I almost have it set up the way I want it and so far everything seems to be working exactly as I had envisioned. I have fought with Shopify since 2017 looking for something that would allow me to add indefinite options in a way that would make it easy for my customers to order and allow me to choose specific products for each template. Not being able to do so has basically paralyzed me with frustration. This is the answer to my dreams. And ... I can't wait to get my website updated and start actually sending customers to it.

Great app but the strength is the support from Helen - super fast, knows exactly what we need and provides the solutions. 8+ years on Shopify Plus and this is exactly what we look for in an app. Look forward to trying out on my other stores...

Helen was really quick and efficient at responding to our question and could tell us what the limitations of the app are. She really helped us to make a decision about what we need to do for the future. For now, the app doesn't allow you to link through to products so customers can view what they are receiving. If this feature was added in the future, it would do what we want.

I installed this on a new store as it looked slightly better with increased functionality than a competing product I am using on my other similar stores. Support and development to fix a bug in my set up was quick and worked perfectly, Helen then assisted further with improvements to the UX of the tool. Once I have tested further I will probably move my others store across to Globo as well
