Good customer service from Miles & Nareh. Prompt follow up and communication! The App provides overall, good value and functionality. I wish the export report had some things formatted differently, but not a huge deal.

Great app extension to manage a succesful online store. We use both the Out of stock and Pre Order functionality, and have had no issues. Support is brilliant too, and what they cannot fix right away is made into feature requests. Thanks, Miles for your continued support.

We've found Notify Me to be very useful. Our entire store was pre-order only for a few months, while we waited for our first shipment, and the app enabled us to generate sales during that time. The app support is also very prompt and friendly – big thanks to Melissa in particular for helping us resolve an issue we were having!

This app was very easy to set up, I am on the LITE version to try it out now and as soon as I turned it on it automatically connected me to a live assistant to make sure it is set up properly on the site. Nareh helped very quickly and did a great job communicating with me which settings to change on my end. Nareh also ensured the widget looked how i wanted on display settings, which was great. Holding off on a 5th star until I can see whether these functions will be robust enough but 5 stars for customer service.

We tend to break stock frequently since our product is handmade and so this app has proven to be a life saver to avoid manual work of letting users know when a product is available again and even getting users to pre purchase. Also the customer support team is super pro active and very fast to answer, in our case it was Emma. Can't recommend this app enough.
