Die App ist super einfach zu integrieren, sieht professionell aus und gibt meinen Kunden die Möglichkeit, ihre Bestellungen direkt über meine Website zu verfolgen – das wirkt einfach viel vertrauenswürdiger. Besonders gut finde ich, dass man sogar ein kostenloses Kontingent bekommt, was gerade für neue Shops mega hilfreich ist. Der Support reagiert schnell und freundlich. Und die Möglichkeit, das Kontingent kostenlos zu verdoppeln, ist ein richtig cooles Extra!

I had a few questions about how the app/plans worked, they got back to me within minutes. They explained it well and I felt comfortable to move forward with their app. I highly recommend this for anyone just starting out, it's user friendly and has a lot of great features in just the free plan alone. This has been a great experience all around.

Just testing so far, but looks very good - especially for integration with Royal Mail as that tracking doesn't always sync with Shopify. We have been able to mark the status of our deliveries as delivered for the first time. You can also go back 120 days of data which is useful for legacy orders. Support is also good.

Absolutely Ridiculous. Hidden Fees That Cost Me $8,000 Without Warning If you’re thinking about using Parcel Panel, don’t. This app ended up charging me nearly $8,000 in usage fees. There was no clear warning, no real-time notice, and no safeguard to stop this from happening. Unless you want to get blindsided with thousands in hidden fees, stay far away.
