I started using Parcel Panel while still in the build phase of my store, thinking it would be a reliable solution for international and domestic tracking. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a major waste of time. They initially offered features that seemed useful, so I spent time creating resources and integrating everything around their system. But over time, they kept changing things — adding features, removing them, or altering how they worked without clear updates or explanations. It felt chaotic and unstable. One of the biggest letdowns was the inability to generate QR codes — not just for international tracking, but also for domestic shipments, which should be a basic feature. This missing functionality made it impossible for me to offer a smooth customer experience, and I ended up wasting a lot of time trying to work around it. In the end, I had to scrap everything and move on, as I couldn’t rely on a platform that couldn’t even support essential features. If you're building your business, don't waste your time with Parcel Panel — they can't deliver the stability or functionality you need.

Great customer support, had a question regarding a small issue. They promised to look into it and 2 days later I received an e-mail that it had been solved. Instead of providing a solution so I could fix it myself, they already fixed it for me. So obviously I am really satisfied with everything!

I highly recommend the app, it's really good and has been serving us and our clients for a few years now. We're really happy with it and the customer service too.

Great App I've just started to use it to add value for my customers. I did have some problems integrating my previous orders but i think it's because i set up local delivery and the settings for that can't be edited. The team were more than helpful in trying to help me sort it out. I look forward to seeing how i can use the app when i get more orders in.
