Parcel Panel works really well for tracking orders and keeping customers informed. What impressed me most was their support team - they were super friendly and helped me quickly when I needed assistance. The app does exactly what it promises and the customer service makes it even better. Highly recommend!

Jane took care of me and helped me with my issue. I hadn't been able to receive orders for a long time due to a problem with my website, and therefore, I couldn't use the app. I requested cancellation of my annual payment plan and assistance with a refund. The best tracking platform I have ever used and their customer service team is great. They are always there to help if you have any problems which is really good as a client.

There is no a lot of explanations on what is going on. Its installed, I have ticked some option, ie dropshipping, but I don't know what it is doing. Do I need to do anything on my store pages? Lets see how it works out.
