Unreliable app... Didn't update the tracking links correctly for all orders. My customers saw the tracking link from China. Don't recommend

The app does what it's supposed to do - in-house tracking with a lot of useful features. Very responsive team via live chat (less than 3 minutes response time every time)

The best tracking platform I have ever used and their customer service team is great. They are always there to help if you have any problems which is really good as a client.

There is no a lot of explanations on what is going on. Its installed, I have ticked some option, ie dropshipping, but I don't know what it is doing. Do I need to do anything on my store pages? Lets see how it works out.
