Seems complicated at the beginning, but with the awesome help of Sibi (support) it's actually pretty logical and straightforward.

This is a very powerful shipping app with tons of features which simplified and automated our international shipping to a great extent. We are now integrated with FedEx, UPS, and Hong Kong Post (which was really rare to find). We tried countless others including Shippo, EasyPost, etc.. Super happy with the support as well. You are immediately connected by email or zoom call to someone that knows the app well and won't waste your time jumping thru hoops. The 4.9 rating is well deserved.

Sagar and Sibi are just incredible. I googled a bunch of apps, and decided to go with this one (had a failure with another), its remarkable how responsive they are if you have an issue - I don't know how these guys do it. They have no only responded quickly to multiple call outs for help, but also added a new feature I asked for (extra fields in a Template for an invoice PDF) really quickly - I was stunned. Also they cater well to Australian postal carriers, I was thinking they would only have knowledge of USA, but us Aussies are well catered for. Top notch!

The app is pretty tricky to set up as there's not much info to guide with the set-up but the support i received from a support person called Touseef helped me clear it up and now the app is working well and has live rates and allowed me to create customised freight charge auromations.

Pretty awesome solution for shipping via Shopify at a fair price. Big Boys like ShipStation want to take advantage of small businesses like mine, but the PH Multicarrier app saved the day for me! Great support from their tech team as I am getting started up. Shipping is pretty complicated... more so than I had anticipated. PHM makes things a bit easier.

We have used this app for a while. It is great when using Aus Post flat rate satchels. The team are quick to respond to any queries I have, and haven helped adjust rulings etc when needed. The limitation is we were unable to integrate DHL ecommerce account at this time.

Sibi was very experienced and helpful, quick to troubleshoot and provide a solution. We enjoy using PH MultiCarrier for shipping labels, as it is very easy and convenient to use. It takes the thinking out of the process.
