Great app, super helpful customer support that went through the app's features with me through a zoom call. I really appreicate how clear the audio from the chat support is. So many times, you know how you're just battling with poor internet connection and crappy audio when dealing with support agents. But PH Multicarrier shipping label was different. You could hear how confident and clear the instructions are given from the chat agent. Furthermore, after looking around, this is probably one of the cheapest solution out there to connect both DHL and Fedex account to my shopify store to show live rates. Interface is simple, straightforward. I didn't quite understand how to navigate still, but the chat agent really improved the experience so well for me. Thank you team!

Amazing customer support and response times!!

Early days - but we recieved a phone call within 10 minutes of the install with advice on setup. Then customer service emails responded so fast and answered/solved any issues i have. It seems to be working perfectly so far. If this review is still there it means i am still pleased with it. This is after disappointing service from another leading provider.

I had a hard time understanding the processes but good thing the support helps me all the steps to achieved the righ way specially the shipping problem that we encounter in the office. We are satisfied by the support and kuddos to the person/support I'd talked too.

This app is amazing and has allowed us to set up various flat rate shipping options to our customers on our website while giving us access to our UPS rates on the backend. Touseef and team have been incredible helpful setting up rules and automations. Can't recommend enough for value and support

The only solution to be using for shipping labels and rates. For context, I previously had a eCommerce store running on WooCommerce that I was migrating to Shopify, however, I was unsure how to setup shipping with weight & dimensions for DHL Express as I knew if I calculated my shipping costs purely based on weight I would likely make a loss on a significant number of orders. However, after doing some research I came across the PH MultiCarrier Shipping Label app which has been a lifesaver as I am now able to add the weight/dimensions for my products. The UI and settings were very similar to the plugin on WooCommerce that I was using which made setup easy and straightforward. Furthermore, the onboarding/setup team and the support technicians are very helpful and quick to respond.

My go to for shipping. Any questions are quickly answered by their team & they're happy to give you a tour of the app & answer any questions. Have been using PH for years
