Very helpful app and great & fast support. Only thing that is not ideal for su is that a address update within the shopify-store does not automatically update in the app. So an address-update needs to be manually done also within the app. Otherwise we are really happy!

Great app, super helpful customer support that went through the app's features with me through a zoom call. I really appreicate how clear the audio from the chat support is. So many times, you know how you're just battling with poor internet connection and crappy audio when dealing with support agents. But PH Multicarrier shipping label was different. You could hear how confident and clear the instructions are given from the chat agent. Furthermore, after looking around, this is probably one of the cheapest solution out there to connect both DHL and Fedex account to my shopify store to show live rates. Interface is simple, straightforward. I didn't quite understand how to navigate still, but the chat agent really improved the experience so well for me. Thank you team!

Really happy with the Hive! app. It’s simple to use and does exactly what it promises without any confusion. The best part for me was the support, super quick to respond and they fixed my issue immediately in my case. Great experience overall and definitely recommend it.

Early days - but we recieved a phone call within 10 minutes of the install with advice on setup. Then customer service emails responded so fast and answered/solved any issues i have. It seems to be working perfectly so far. If this review is still there it means i am still pleased with it. This is after disappointing service from another leading provider.

I had a hard time understanding the processes but good thing the support helps me all the steps to achieved the righ way specially the shipping problem that we encounter in the office. We are satisfied by the support and kuddos to the person/support I'd talked too.

This app is amazing and has allowed us to set up various flat rate shipping options to our customers on our website while giving us access to our UPS rates on the backend. Touseef and team have been incredible helpful setting up rules and automations. Can't recommend enough for value and support

PH was very helpful with an initial setup on Zoom, then has not allowed us to book another consultation while we still have many questions. It is very difficult to get their customer service to reply to an email, 2-3 days delay on answers with a different person each time. Then they do not allow a second phone consultation.

App is working well. i can make a rules as per my requirement. very Friendly Customer service. recommended this App to go with.
