Keerthi from Support has walked me through how to use this app. I've been using other apps such as AMP/Australia Post by Addition, for 3+ years and was wanting to find another app due to significant price increases in the other app I was using. The prices offered in this app are very fair (I think I am on the $19USD tier) and the bulk label processing is a very good feature. The walk-through with Keerthi has been very productive and smooth, the app is very configurable too.

I am new to Shopify and PH Multi Carrier so the integration of the two was a TOTAL mystery to me. The on line help I received to show me through the process was exceptional. I picked the time of the Zoom meeting and Manohar was polite and very knowledgeable. He was very patience with my ignorance and happy to repeat steps for me and do anything required to ensure my understanding of the integration. I was recommended this app by a web store developer, and so far I’m very satisfied. I received support with the installation, which made getting started much easier. Seems complicated at the beginning, but with the awesome help of Sibi (support) it's actually pretty logical and straightforward.

This is a very powerful shipping app with tons of features which simplified and automated our international shipping to a great extent. We are now integrated with FedEx, UPS, and Hong Kong Post (which was really rare to find). We tried countless others including Shippo, EasyPost, etc.. Super happy with the support as well. You are immediately connected by email or zoom call to someone that knows the app well and won't waste your time jumping thru hoops. The 4.9 rating is well deserved.

Sagar and Sibi are just incredible. I googled a bunch of apps, and decided to go with this one (had a failure with another), its remarkable how responsive they are if you have an issue - I don't know how these guys do it. They have no only responded quickly to multiple call outs for help, but also added a new feature I asked for (extra fields in a Template for an invoice PDF) really quickly - I was stunned. Also they cater well to Australian postal carriers, I was thinking they would only have knowledge of USA, but us Aussies are well catered for. Top notch!
