I received a clear and easy-to-follow video that explained where I went wrong with the setup and the extra features I was missing. Sometimes, we are so busy uploading these apps, and the good ones with great customer service stand out from the rest! I'm looking forward to seeing the AOV rise thanks to such a great app! awesome app so far. had many conversions just by using the free gift feature. the layout, the colours, the optional extras like confetti when the customer meets the cart goal etc etc - love the app. i had a little issue today and got in contact with support and charlene answered almost immediatley and was super super polite and friendly. personally one of the best upsell apps on the shopify app store easily.

It's a decent application but some sections of the Cart Drawer have very limited options to customise. There is no option to modify the width of the Cart Drawer. Support seems to be non-existent and therefore we may need to uninstall it. $36.99 for only 500 orders? Ouch.

this entire app does not work super hard to customize my customers click add to cart and it takes them to the homepage then the add to cart pops up then when you try and click the terrible looking upsell it doesnt even work support isnt online during normal USA working hours I heard great things about this platform but overall experience has been terrible. I get things happen with these apps but when you are not even available to respond during normal working hours? Thats insane. DO NOT USE THIS APP!
