We're looking at switching apps. This cart plugin has given away way too much for free to our customers. For example, if we have discount codes created in shopify and we have our monster cart setup to give a free gift if you spend $79, it's calculating the RRP and then giving the free item (worth $35) even after the client has used a 40% off code which brings their ACTUAL cart total down to $47.40 (not $79) but monster cart is still allowing them to get the $35 free gift. We now have to honour this and have lost out hugely on this. Their support is almost non-existent and I have had to work most of my issues out on my own because I get back emails saying things like "that's unfortunately not a feature we have", even though I've (in some cases) figured out a way around it myself.

I wanted to test the app during the Black Friday promo : one month free trial. I've been charged after 10 days. I've contacted the support several times, nobody follows up on my several emails, and nobody is answering since I've asked for a refund. Unacceptable.

A lot of glitches are there, and when you contact the customer care their response is really pathetic. You have to wait for 24 hour in order to get a proper response from the dev team. Considering the app cost I won't recommend this app to anyone else

I reported some issues with their app 10 days ago and asked them to fix it. Two days later, I had to write to them again. They then asked for access to my shop. I sent the access, and after three more days, I had to follow up again before they finally accepted it and responded with a smiley emoji, saying they would take a look. Another two days passed, so I wrote to them again… They said they would fix it within 24 hours. It’s now been another two days, and they still haven’t replied. Their customer support is incredibly unreliable! I do not recommend them.

this entire app does not work super hard to customize my customers click add to cart and it takes them to the homepage then the add to cart pops up then when you try and click the terrible looking upsell it doesnt even work support isnt online during normal USA working hours I heard great things about this platform but overall experience has been terrible. I get things happen with these apps but when you are not even available to respond during normal working hours? Thats insane. DO NOT USE THIS APP!
