It's a great app, but we have had an issue where customers can purchase a free gift outside of the cart upsell parameters. I was told this was being looked into then heard nothing in over a week. Slightly concerning.

Decent app - worked for us for a while - but their customer support is really the worst. Sarcastic comments while the client is frustrated. If you are a brand in India do not use the app as there are a lot of compatibility issues. 0 help from the support team.

Angelica helped us solve some issues with our app on two of our stores at the same time, she assisted in solving our issues which I have no doubt will increase our revenue the very next day as we have seen on our other projects. She very good and responsive to fix the issues I had. The second time around I raised a request and mid chat, Charlene decide just to take a long extended lunch break and stop replying mid conversation, shortly after that it was passed onto Dounya, I find never tries to solve anything and I get no where. Try to get Angelica if you can for support!

App has some good features, but doesn't integrate with Route, which I need for BF. The customer service was lovely, but I'll now have uninstall it so that I can make sure my integration with other apps are working properly.
