Monster Cart Upsell is by far the smoothest experience I’ve had on Shopify. The setup was almost too easy – it literally took me just a few minutes to get it up and running, with no need to mess around with code or complicated settings. What really blew me away was the customer support. I had a small question about customizing the design, and their support team replied almost instantly – super friendly and helpful. They provided clear guidance and helped me get everything just the way I wanted. The cart itself? It looks amazing. Super modern, clean, and very detailed – everything from product add-ons to discounts and custom messages blends perfectly into the cart design. When I fist emailed the team asking them about pricing I got an email pretty quick, I emailed back to confirm a few things but did not get a response which was disappointing. In the end I decided to just try it anyway. So far so good, It was a little funny to set up. Overall though I just had to make sure I was going step my step. I had some issues with how the shipping slider looked and I was able to get some help on this which was great so I really appreciated that quick turn around. I have not seen any amazing conversations or increase as yet in AOV however, I am quite a new store and also I have only one campaign being used so these might be playing into that. I will see how I go and use some other campaigns and see if this helps with my conversions/AOV ect. would recommend trying it out and just seeing if it right for you.

Have been emailing them a technical question a few times over the last week or so and getting radio silence... support is really not great compared otot other shopify apps

Support team was fantastic helping us set this up, super responsive, have heard a lot of good things about this app from other businesses running Monster Cart across their store.

Disappointed, got minimal support from recent issue which affected our business and we lost out on sales due to customer frustration. There was an issue with the cart refresh, and it ended up affecting product pages where the customer was sent back to the homepage. Raised a request twice and even sent a video, but got zero response or update on the situation. Really disappointed. Have moved to an alternate.

I've been using this app on and off for a while and whenever I need help, charlene is all over it. Any issues are resolved in record timing and she is super friendly and helpful. This app has great functionality

I’ve been using Monster Cart App for a couple of months now, and I have no hesitation in recommending them. The functionality is excellent, and the app is easy to set up and customise. At first, I was hesitant to try it because I wasn’t sure about the cart design, but that concern was totally unjustified, as you can customise it to look exactly how you want. What also stands out is the amazing support team. They’re friendly, responsive, and always willing to help, which makes a huge difference.

Great customer service and has helped increase AOV. Cart process is a breeze and catches the customers eye.

I love this app! So user-friendly and staff are always available to help which is a HUGE bonus for me as I'm not very tech-savy so I'm always needing help! :) The staff are wonderful and the app itself has help generate extra income for my business! Love this app so far! It is fairly easy to use, and the instructional videos are useful. Support was super fast to reply and rectify what i needed changed.

Amazing customer service. I've had this app for years and its increased my AOV significantly. The owner of the app even has a FB group where he answers all questions, he helped me out of hour once and it was a lifesaver. Thanks for the great app

We're looking at switching apps. This cart plugin has given away way too much for free to our customers. For example, if we have discount codes created in shopify and we have our monster cart setup to give a free gift if you spend $79, it's calculating the RRP and then giving the free item (worth $35) even after the client has used a 40% off code which brings their ACTUAL cart total down to $47.40 (not $79) but monster cart is still allowing them to get the $35 free gift. We now have to honour this and have lost out hugely on this. Their support is almost non-existent and I have had to work most of my issues out on my own because I get back emails saying things like "that's unfortunately not a feature we have", even though I've (in some cases) figured out a way around it myself.

We switched from Rebuy to Monster Cart and have not looked back. The team are always very quick to respond on chat, and a shout out to Angelica who was lovely to deal with.
