I've been testing out Lucky Orange with a free trial and I've been really impressed since day one. I've always thought that I didn't really need anything besides google analytics to understand how my customers were engaging with my store, so I was pleasantly surprised to find that using Lucky Orange was so much more intuitive, informative, and easier to tailor. And the "rage clicks" feature? Don't know if I'll be able to live without it when my trial runs out. :)

So far I love how Lucky Orange shows me what's happening on my site. The heatmaps and recordings are so great to have!

The app seems not be being working correctly. It is cutting off in mid recording and skipping through recordings. In addition, I had a 15 minute onboarding appt. today at noon and no one showed up.

This app is def a necessity if you are trying to use Shopify's out-of-the-box analytics to analyze web traffic driven by ads, and other campaigns. The recordings are the most helpful part. The functionality could be a bit more intuitive, especially when it comes to interpreting trends and heat maps, but def a step up if you need to better understand how UX impacts customer behavior.

App works great - the one time I had an issue, Emilia and the tech team were quick to to find the solution and help.

I’m really impressed with this app! The heat map feature provided detailed insights into how customers navigate my website, helping me identify areas that needed adjustment. Using this data, I was able to reposition certain sections, making it easier for customers to find important information quickly.

This is an excellent app, very easy setup for Shopify, and the customer service/onboarding call was 100% worth the time, extremely helpful. Highly recommend. This heatmap app has more features than I actually expected like page interaction and live view, and more than any other I looked at.

This app is highly useful, and there aren’t many alternatives available. However, the pricing is slightly on the higher side. Hopefully, they’ll introduce more flexible pricing options in the future.

I'm delighted about Lucky Orange. From the name, the vibe, and the customer data I get. I had a button with a wrong link, it took me a few days to figure out what was wrong from a simple session. WOW! Btw, it also has a live chat functionality!

I would hands down recommend the Lucky Orange app. Why? Three reasons. 1) Stop the guesswork. You know where your users are browsing. Visuals bring the data alive. A potent combination when your trying to understand the weak points on your site. 2/ The dashboard is so user friendly that my daughter, with a little over six years of life experience could find her way around it. Don't know why your users are angry - one click on the discovery tab and you've got the answer. Simple. 3/ Customer service team are real humans - kind, polite (but not cheesy) they answer your question quickly - panicking about those gaps between user actions - drop them a message and they will answer. 4/ Lucky Orange - the name alone and icon is something else. Talk about elite branding. On a serious note - genuinely think this software has helped me find out key info about my site. In a world full of data, you can get lost but luckily there's one orange giving your website the vitamin C it needs ️. Great app although a little problem with the product thumbnail sizes on replay on certain occasions, but all in all a very very nice must-have app! 5 Stars!
