I am addicted to this app. It's so exciting to see the behavior of my customers. However, I've noticed that it doesn't always track all customers because, for example, I have purchases but the app doesn't show it. But otherwise it's a really exciting app.

This app has completely transformed the way I understand my customers' behavior. The Session Recordings and Heatmaps are game-changers—seeing exactly where visitors click and what grabs their attention has helped me identify problem areas I’d never have noticed otherwise. The pre-built Conversion Funnels are incredibly insightful, showing me exactly where potential customers drop off in the purchase journey. Plus, the Checkout Analytics give me detailed data on customer actions during checkout, helping me reduce cart abandonment rates. I also love the Surveys feature—no more guessing what my customers want when I can just ask them directly. The app is super easy to use, and the insights have led to noticeable increases in my conversion rates. If you’re serious about growing your online store, this app is a must-have. I had my 15-minute on-boarding call with Jordan yesterday and it was very useful. I've only been using the app for a few days and already it has provided me with a lot of info. Jordan enthusiastically pointed out some of the highlights of the app and the many ways to customize the reporting results. I feel better prepared to analyze the data now after our conversation.

I am still testing the system and waiting on a suitable time to have an onboarding call so that we can better understand feature and benefits, but from what we have seen so far, this is very useful and will add value to our knowledge base making decision making more practical.

Pretty easy to install and the recordings are a game changer to understand customs journeys as a first time buisness owner!

I've been testing out Lucky Orange with a free trial and I've been really impressed since day one. I've always thought that I didn't really need anything besides google analytics to understand how my customers were engaging with my store, so I was pleasantly surprised to find that using Lucky Orange was so much more intuitive, informative, and easier to tailor. And the "rage clicks" feature? Don't know if I'll be able to live without it when my trial runs out. :)

The app seems not be being working correctly. It is cutting off in mid recording and skipping through recordings. In addition, I had a 15 minute onboarding appt. today at noon and no one showed up.
