What I really like is how intuitive it is—it integrates seamlessly with Shopify and is easy to set up and use, even for someone who isn’t an analytics expert. Unlike Shopify Analytics, which is simplified but lacks insights into the full customer journey, or Google and Meta Analytics, which can feel overwhelming to set up and interpret, Lucky Orange gives me a clear, real-time view of how visitors interact with my site. The Heatmaps and Replay features let me test the customer journey, identify pain points, and quickly make user interface adjustments to improve the experience.

Disappointed with the Performance. I had high hopes for this app, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations. From the first night, I encountered issues—it wasn’t recording visitors to my website. I contacted support, and while the agent acknowledged the problem and escalated it to the technical team, the issue remained unresolved. A few days later, the app still wasn’t functioning properly. It reported zero visitors from our home country, despite multiple visits, including my own, which weren’t recorded. Ultimately, the app didn’t work for me, and I can’t recommend it based on this experience.

The easiest install I've ever had with an app - instantly worked, instant feedback and didn't do anything bad to my site or create any lag. The information provided in the dashboard is easy. Everything is very intuitive and I love the AI question ability for analyzing site data.
