Lucky Orange Heatmaps & Replay is my go to app for looking how my store is doing...Its really very simple and i understand everything it show and it shows everything i want to know.Really good app

Useful, organized metrics and well crafted UI. The user action replay option is also super useful - although can occasionally stall out as it tries to compile longer sessions.

It breaks down the data from traffic into understandable categories and helps me identify where I need to improve

It's amazing to have a tool to improve your store design. Lucky Orange is the best i tried so far. Very detailed reviews and you can select the most important ones (checkout, added to cart). Also the heatmap is a must. I recommend it for any shopify store.

Excellent app to see exactly where customers are scrolling, clicking, adding to cart, or exiting. The free plan is perfect when you're just starting out. I love to use this when I've made changes to my site to see how things are working (or not working) for my customers. The customer service is outstanding. Quick, friendly, and helpful! Just got started with Lucky Orange but I am LOVING it. It's so fun and helpful to watch people shop. Their platform is really user friendly and their customer service is so lovely. I also love that it doesn't effect site speed as much as Microsoft Clarity which is great too! 10/10 recommend!

Due to a glitch our data wasn't recorded and lost and half of the sessions we had in the plan and we lost due to the glitch we're not recoverable. We didn't get offered any compensation or solution for the lost data, just a notice that it was our problem we couldn't get the data back. We decided to cancel because of sub par customer service and ask for a refund. Refund was decided to be 25% of the plan while 50% of the data was not able to be recovered due to the glitch. We also never used any heatmap or replay features during that time so we did not consume the plan. We were looking for a long term business relationship as our companies - 15 other businesses with plans all the 'Grow' plan for $79 a month - are long term customers, and we were planning on recommending them to our network 32,000 webshop owners, but we are switching our businesses and recommendations over to Hotjar now.

Working with Lucky Orange has been great so far! The app has so many incredible features to truly give you the data you need to understand how your customers are interacting with your website. I highly recommend taking advantage of their 15-minute onboarding call to get yourself on the right track. We're excited to see the changes we can implement on our site from this valuable data.

This is the best product on shopify. Emilia is great, she was able to solve all my issue right away and got me back on reviewing the customers flow thru my site.
