We've used this platform for over 16 months and can't fault it. From a technical side it's always stable and the support is second to none (except ours ;) ). App is easy and convenient for customers to use, makes it easy to assist by showing exactly all relevant information, including their recently viewed store pages and products, as well as what's in their cart.
