Amazing support and a great program to use...I love the import from excel feature because it saves us lots of time...

My recent experience with their customer support has been highly disappointing and unprofessional. I requested the installation of the size chart on a new theme as we are migrating to a new theme, along with some UI adjustments. Instead of implementing these changes on the new theme, they applied the UI adjustments across all of my themes, including the published one, resulting in bugs on my product page. Despite more than 12 hours passing, these issues remain unresolved. This level of support is unacceptable, especially considering I have been a loyal user for a few years now. While the product's features are adequate, the persistent UI issues and lack of competent support are significant drawbacks.

We have just started using Kiwi Size Charts & Recommender app, so far we like the functionality better than our previous size charts app, and the support team is really fantastic! They are very fast and efficient, solved all our issue with set up! Definitely recommend this app to anyone looking for a size charts solution for your store.

The app seems to have all the features I need and it's really easy to use; however, everything is very slow to load and change.

The best app ever invented for its purpose. It's just super and what I have been looking for since I started Shopify. You may add a profile where you can drag and drop lines where measure are taken, if it is possible?! Even without it it's 100% Super! Best ever!

Why does this app go off-line and customers cant see size charts, when you have 400 products this is a nightmare. This is the second time this has happened to me

The app is working well for us. Customer support is excellent. They respond quickly and have really effective reps to help with any issue. I do wish the reporting side of the app worked a bit better.

Have been using Kiwi Size Chart on 6 on my stores for a while now, and the app and support has been great. It offers many different options in regards to custimisation and offering different size charts to different product groups. Highly recommend :)

Already uninstalled. A simple question was handled from November 16 to now open in the process, I do not understand for programmers this is difficult? I don't understand how hard it is for a programmer to do this, knowing that it's still being answered! At first it was fine, the developers could reply in time, now I don't know what's going on!
