App does what I want and is relatively straight forward. Support is not in the USA so schedules are a bit out of sync but they have been helpfull with me figuring things out.

I’ve been using this app for a few weeks now and had some issues with the initial setup. The customer service is incredibly efficient – I always received help within minutes. The support is truly top-notch and they are consistently friendly and accommodating. I can only recommend them!

Janet was a fabulous help to me in fixing a few issues -- overall the support has been great and the tool is simple and effective. Plenty of optionality but streamlined in setup. Fab!

The app is the best one I found by far in terms of simplicity and ease of use. I had a question and I was immediately helped via Google Meet. Set-up and confidence in my Free Gift activity was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

The app itself is also super useful for running free gift promotions at checkout. It works exactly as expected. Highly recommend both the app and their amazing support team!

App works great, multiple discounts are possible, integration is easy. Great support team. We could create : - Automatic free gift after X amount spent - Automatic discount for products in X collection after adding X products from that collection - Automatic free gift for specific variants added And all of this while applying the discounts according to the customer tag. I'm removing one star because sometimes the discounts don't work right away and I have to get in contact with the team, it would be easier for me to be more autonomous on the app and not having the team double check.

I am a Kite user since a couple of months. I have set up some basic offers and it is going well so far. I must say that the support team is quite active, and helpful. That's a huge plus. Since this is a new store, I do not have much data to share. May be I'll revisit the app in a month or two, and share my experience again. If you re looking for a quick and easy app installation with basic offers such free gift, BOGO, bulk discounts, etc. I do recommend Kite.
