The support team is quite active. I needed some assistance with the settings on two of my stores, and Janet helped me resolve them. Even though it took some time, she kept following up with me in regular intervals. Cheers to the kite support team. On the other hand, I would encourage the developper to make the app more user-friendly. He/She should consider giving more customisation options to the app users. The UI of the app can be further improved. It is not quite intuitive. The pricing plan is quite competitive, so that's a plus. With a better UI, I believe this app can do much better.

I tried this app, and it is excellent, but it's not quite suited for my current project's needs. Rohan from the technical support is fantastic, connected via Zoom to walk me through the setup when I need help. Strongly recommend giving this app a try. Kite's app works as it should to give me all the discount possibilities I could want, but more than that, their customer service is impeccable. If I can't figure out how to set a complicated discount up, they'll walk me through it and help troubleshoot. The best!

As soon as I started using this app I began getting fraudulent orders for only the free gift item. I uninstalled it and the same day the fraudulent orders increased even more. Very fishy app!! Their privacy policy permits data sharing with third parties. I don't think it's secure.

Super quick to respond and resolved my issue right away with my settings for the promo I set up. They corrected what I did wrong quickly and my free gift promo was up and running!

It was easy to set up and get the free discount running. However, there were location-based needs that they weren't able to handle (pickup orders still adding the gift even if it's not in stock at that location and the inability to limit the free gift to shipping orders only). But, their support was fast and helpful to determine the problem and limitation.
