Actually pretty great. Never had better customer service. I opened the live chat feature at 1:00am CST on a Thursday and I got a response within 20 seconds and resolution with 1 minute. Brian was extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

I just started using it today but the features I see that I will have available are exciting. I used the chat support today and from the time I clicked on the chat bubble to the time they connected and fixed my issue(my ignorance) was about 15 minutes. Their support is awesome which makes me feel confident in writing this now, the first day I get to use it.

Amazing app. Enterprise functions, but real cost structure that's not a scam like other providers. We migrated off Yotpo and it was quick and simple. We used their support team to help with the migration and they were fast to respond, very helpful. We completed the setup and migration in a day.
