Super friendly service, I didn't know how to install it and the customer chat window took me through the process. Brilliant!

The onboarding was seamless and quick. I had some additional customizations and questions, and received a pop up message I thought was from an automated chat agent. But it was a real person named Ron, who helped me get things set up perfectly. It saved me a lot of time and the reviews look great on the site. This is a huge upgrade from the old Shopify reviews app. Thanks Ron!

Complete lack of privacy for store owners and any customer that posts a review with this app! They publish your info on their website and shopping portals for the world to see. This is a clear violation of privacy especially if you run stores that sell products that are very discreet in nature. Do not use if you respect your customers privacy.

We are really enjoying Judge.me. It integrates perfectly with the back end of our shopify page and allows us to choose when to send review requests, and makes it easy to review, manage and publish reviews right to the website quickly with just a few clicks. It's a big time saver!!
