Been using judge.me for a while and love the product. Works fantastic, our reviews are consistently growing and haven't had any friction with our customers.

We have used several review apps and many were more costly and didn't have as good of service as Judge.me. We are very happy with these guys.

I just installed Judge.me to replace Shopify Review app. I downloaded the csv file from Shopify with my old reviews, but didn't know how to complete the process. I reached out for help and Abraao was great! He took over and completed everything that was needed for the transfer. He was patient as he showed me what was being done. The support on this app is unparalleled. Even though I'm currently on the Free plan, I can reach out to chat and within minutes they will customize my widget design for me, tweaking it until I feel like it's right. Felix is very patient with me and it definitely helps me to give the right experience to my customers.

We recently switched to Judge.me as our previous reviews app closed. Very happy with this app. I had a bit of trouble installing some of the widgets as our theme was unsupported (not at the fault of the app) however Ron was extremely helpful in getting that resolved for us very quickly.

The support I recieved from Abderrahman today has been incredible. Had a couple of issues with exporting and importing reviews, and Abderrahman helped guide us through the process, fix issues himself and now we have everything working as expected. Thank you for the speedy process and quick responses :)

So far so good. Migrated to Judge Me when Shopify removed their review app. Didn't want to pay for something that was previously free but I'd say it actually represents great value. My theme is 2 years old now so couldn't use the self-service app functionality to be self sufficient, but the support term implemented my requirements brilliantly, including multiple requests by me to change font sizes, colours, widgets etc. The review upload via csv worked really well. So far, very happy with Judge.me app and team! thanks
