I would definitely recommend the App not difficult to use. The Agent is always available line to assist.

We use Shopify's Minimal theme, which has been around a while - we've been active since 2013. Literally tried installing 8 different Review apps - including Judge.me - to replace the soon deprecated Shopify Reviews, could not make any of them work. I'm not a coder, so nothing against the products, but clearly there was some kind of issue. Went back to try Judge.me again, hoping for some rescue operation to kick in - and it did. Daniel was super and got it up and running pretty quickly - except it took forever to load on the page. But when I pointed this out, Daniel got back deep into the code and found another app was creating a "loading block", then came up with and implemented a solution that got Judge.me working properly but did not harm the "blocker app" performance. Great experience, if you're having problems similar to above, be sure you give Judge.me a try !! Thanks so much Daniel !!

I've used Judge.me for about a month now and I was a bit hesitant because it was cheaper than other similar apps. But so far it seems to be cheaper ánd better! We have all the functionalities we want, customer service is soooo quick. They keep surprising me! I'm a happy customer.

We have been using Judge.me for a while for our review collection and find it has been super beneficial and very easy to use and customize. I hope one day there could be an option to upgrade and integrate with Google Customer Reviews (not just product reviews) but I understand that is probably a hurdle with Google itself. Overall very pleased with the app and customer support.

I have been using judgeme from almost 2+ years or more and its the only app i am using for my multiple stores i started using it when the app was just launched and had less then 100 review its great to see that it has now lot more users and review and always i got my issues resolved at earliest every one behind judgeme is working really amazing and i would also like to speciall thanks Felix who helped me to resolve my latest issue which i was facing.
