VICTOR helped solve an issue quickly. Judge.me is not without its own bugs, but its priced fairly and works. When it doesn't work, you can start a chat with them and they respond. If you need something fancier, it exists, but this one works fine for the basic small business.

GG Equine has been using Judge.me for about a year now. It's a bit of a learning curve, but it's also for the most part very intuitive. The support team is very quick, which helps bridge the learning gaps. The ability to schedule out review requests and tailor them by product is incredibly valuable to us. We have been using the Awesome plan, which has been worth every penny for the number, quality, and versatility of the reviews we've gotten.

We have been using it for a little over a month now and it has worked great. Love the customization options and it has helped bring in twice the amount of reviews than what we received with our previous app.

By far the best review app in Shopify. App is as advertised! Don't bother wasting your time on other apps like I did. Customer support here is also excellent! Was super quick to respond to email and help out.
