Abraao was so helpful and quick in everything I asked, he helped me to finish the installation of the app and customized it for me too, very happy with the customer service.

As a newcomer to this app, I'm still in the learning phase of customizing it to my needs, but my experience has been great so far. Initially, I struggled with placing star ratings where I wanted them and the support I received from Abraao from Brazil was exceptional. He promptly assisted me in resolving the issue with the star rating placement, which was a great relief. I'm now eagerly looking forward to exploring the full potential of this app.

Signed up today for the free version. Easy setup. Had a glitch with my website pushing the reviews below another section and I could not switch their position on the page. I emailed support, but when I was messing with settings, a chat popped up, and was a man named Abraao asking how setup was and if I had questions. I explained, and within a few minutes, FIXED! I signed up for the upgraded version because nobody has had support on a free app in like 20 years! Highly recommend.

Our experience with Judge.me has been really fantastic overall.
