There needs to be more ways to customize the coupon that is sent out using the app. There should be an option to apply it to certain collections only in case you have collections you don't want discounted (ie Clearance). Using a static coupon solves this, but then everyone can find that coupon using a coupon finder app, not just the person who leaves the review which defeats the purpose.

I was impressed with the myriad options, as well as Leandro's patience in helping me make numerous changes to make the Judge.me app blend in with our store.

Excellent customer support! We had to switch over from the deprecated Shopify Reviews app and had some issues with it but they were very helpful in making the transition over. Would recommend!

Terrible application, followed their guide of how to upload review by CSV file and spent over 7 hours totals because their support assistance told to do it different and no matter what I did the system didn't managed to upload it. my biggest saver time tip for you - don't use this app!!

There are many possibilities in this product Judge.me but also if you want, it is super easy to setup and get running too. The integration with my shop works smoothly too.

I had trouble installing the ali review app. I mailed Judge me, and was helped really fast by Cassiano. He helped me trough the process and also installed new code. Very happy. Review app works great now. I like the reviews on my site now.

Set-up took awhile, integration with Klaviyo was fairly easy. Support person was very fast and efficient with answering all of my questions.

I had a few formatting issues when I installed the app on a third party theme. I tried in vain to fix them myself with my limited code experience. I finally reached out to customer support, and they fixed the issues incredibly quickly. They were very responsive, kind, and patient!

I was installing the app and hit a snag. Nouhaila helped me via chat in real-time. This onboarding process and the assistance I've received, even though I'm just trying out the Free Version for now, is hands down the most friendly, professional and efficient customer service I've ever experienced.
