I've jsut started using judge.me. It has been very easy to use and set and the customer service is great, they are always available and very patient.

Greatly increased the amount of product reviews we get from customers and the support is great! Right at your finger tips via a chat feature in the app.

Support is not satisfaction for me. Their solution is terrible. App review widget was worked until a few hours, we can't add the widget and don't display now. Also she is not so positive.
