I run a Shopify store and was unsure about what review app to choose and after trying a few I went for Judge.me and I am really happy about it. I am gathering lots of reviews as it is really easy for customers to leave them. The review widget to be showed in the web is great and totally customizable. Also the review page is very nice with an eye-cathching layout that allows to see all reviews like in a collage also showing review photos... all very nice and also the team is ALWAYS available to kindly help with whatever it is I need. Utilizzavo quest'app da anni con tantissimi e-commerce. Dopo vari aggiornamenti e un anno che non svolgo commercio online, sono tornato e l'ho nuovamente scaricata per il potenziale che AVEVA. Ora è tutto a pagamento, dal loro logo nell'email (di richiesta recensioni) fino al comando più basilare, come il titolo di un email. Poi le funzioni sono diminuite, non è più possibile inserire recensioni dalla home, un cliente che acquista 10 pezzi, non può e non vorrà mai inserire 10 recensioni, a meno che non sia un amico! Questo va a discapito nostro, proprietari di negozi online. Contattato più volte l'assistenza, in 3 persone non hanno potuto effettuare nessuna modifica perché l'app funziona solamente così, quindi la utilizzi o la disinstalli. Ho optato per la seconda.

I'm brand new to JudgeMe, so still getting used to the platform, but what I can say is that I'm blown away by the customer service so far. It's so refreshing to have help in real time. There has ALWAYS been someone who answers my questions right away. No crazy AI bots trying to act human or an autoresponder reply saying how important my questions and business are and they'll get back to me in 3 business days. So grateful for an app that actually has old-school customer support.
