I had the pleasure to talk to Leandro! I asked him to help me with onboarding and importing my reviews as well as setting everything up. He was so helpful, answered all my questions in no time, always kept in contact and he basically did all the work for me. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and funny on top of that too! I can only say customer service is top notch. I am super happy with the features and I signed up for the paid plan as well today and got a month for free! I only can recommend Judge.me. Excellent app - I have been using it for years and it just gets better and better. Customer service is superb, and customer service has been the bane of my existence with many other apps I have installed.

Great customer support so far. I like the email customization and features. Not too complicated which is nice because some apps can be overwhelming.

I am not techie at all and have a new website on Shopify. The reviews for Judge.me were great and so I installed the app but didn't know what to do next.
