I was having some trouble and reached out to support. I immediately received a note back....that doesn't usually happen! Then, the most polite, helpful and wonderful service followed. They responded so quickly and really wanted to resolve the problem fast for me, which they did. You can get a feel for an organization if you talk to more than one person in that organization. We have been using this app for the past few months. We turned off automatic review request emails, since we didn't want to send review requests to everyone. At first, everything worked however for the past 1 months, we have not been able to send review requests manually. No solution so far..
