Fijn dat je mails krijgt als er iets gebeurt op je shop en dat je bij het beantwoorden van vragen een product en zo kunt toevoegen, scheelt heel veel tijd . Ik ben tevreden

Grundsätzlich sehr gute und intuitive Oberfläche. Alle Funktionalitäten gehen gut und leicht von der Hand. Schade ist, dass man von den Kund: innen falsch eingegeben Mailadressen nicht ändern bzw. anpassen kann. So muss über das normale Mail-Programm nachgearbeitet werden. Diesen Verlauf hat man dann aber nicht mehr in der Inbox.

Es sencillo y funciona bien El chat en movil resulta demasiado grande. ocupa toda la pantalla de movil y puede echar al usuario Lo malo es que las preguntas automaticas solo dejan 350 caracteres y es realmente muy poco. Deberían ampliar eso

Works good mostly only issue is that every time a customer sends a reply it shows up as a separate email rather than just in the same thread wich is kind of bad

This is my first time using the Inbox App. I like it. It made me feel like a professional business owner. Also, the automatic response from the App to the customers helped me learn how to respond adequately. The Inbox App will also give you the ability to detect who is a real customer or a scammer.

All I get is vendors bothering me with solicitation in digital marketing, SEO, sales, exposure, etc. Everyone is an expert. It is just freaking annoying getting messages from all these communication channels by vendors. Messenger from facebook is the same. Worst yet is after you ask them to stop they continue even harder as to why they are soliciting you and justifying the continuation of messages. But yet not one customer for an authentic purchase. Lol.

Shopify Inbox ist ein echtes Must-have für jeden Shopify-Shop. Die Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden ist dadurch viel einfacher, schneller und persönlicher geworden. Ich kann direkt auf Fragen reagieren, Produkte empfehlen und sogar Bestellungen unterstützen – alles an einem Ort. Besonders praktisch finde ich die Integration mit dem Onlineshop und die Möglichkeit, automatisierte Antworten einzurichten. Die App läuft stabil und ist intuitiv zu bedienen. Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die ihren Kundenservice auf das nächste Level bringen wollen!

Sometimes great other times annoying as it won't close and you are left with annoyed shoppers who buy elsewhere as they cant ask questions and buy when there are bugs .... it wont let you leave the chat.

Sinds we Shopify Inbox gebruiken, is het contact met klanten veel persoonlijker én sneller geworden. Klanten kunnen direct een vraag stellen terwijl ze aan het shoppen zijn, en ik kan zelfs via mijn mobiel reageren — superhandig. Wat ik vooral fijn vind: Je ziet welke producten klanten aan het bekijken zijn terwijl ze chatten. Je kunt snelle antwoorden instellen, zodat je veelgestelde vragen direct beantwoordt. Het integreert naadloos met de Shopify-omgeving en werkt ook via e-mail of Facebook Messenger. Door die directe interactie merk ik dat mensen sneller kopen en minder twijfelen. Het voelt niet als een los chatsysteem, maar echt als onderdeel van mijn webshop. En het is nog gratis ook! Kortom: Shopify Inbox is onmisbaar geworden voor mijn klantenservice.
