It's good to keep you updated on customer inquiries and having the chat option on your website is a great feature. The AI suggestions need a bit of work and it can be annoying when the AI takes over generating a response when all you want to do is quickly reply - you have to wait till it generates a reply (which is often wrong), delete it, then type your actual response. It would be nice if we could stop the generated response on demand.

No issues, like that ai drafts responses, that over time are getting better and better and i often just have to push send when I answer queries now.

Hello! The only drawback of this application is that there is no exit button on the mobile version. If you want to exit, you have to exit the entire website? Looking forward to the later optimization!

I didn't realize it wasn't automatic messages. So I haven't been checking. Now that I know how to use it properly I will make the best use out of my inbox and I'm sure I will see an improvement in sales.

I would like to see Ai in the automated responses. It's nice to have to help draft a response, but would be even better to have automated as soon a s a customer chats.

Train your AI replies and it gives adequate first answers - rest is up to you but it's quite good at giving suggestions

I love this app!! It has made it easy for my customers, both new and existing, to contact me with questions. I love how I can have instant answers to my FAQ's always available so I'm no longer answering FAQ's by email anymore.

Manchmal wird bei geschlossener App angezeigt, dass es noch offene Nachrichten gibt (der rote Kreis mit einer 1 darin), obwohl alle Nachrichten bereits bearbeitet wurden.
