The app is not too bad. But it would be great if the customer could enter their mobile number as well so we gould text back as a backup. Is this possible?

Really helpful for live chatting with customers in need of help. I've used this app for several years and always get chats that turn into sales. I think making contact super easy for customers really helps them trust our site.

It's great that you can search your messages now, that wasn't always the case and presented a major issue. One thing that is a bit confusing is that notifications sometimes go to my personal email and sometimes show up in the Shopify mail, it makes it difficult to find messages at times since searches don't bring up the email. It would also be great to have the possibility to have a link to all correspondence in the order itself, this would make it a lot quicker to access and avoid confusion.

Klappt super. Die Nachrichten kommen in Echtzeit. Und mit der automatischen Antwort und der Weiterleitung nach 15Minuten sind auch zeitversetzte Länder nicht der Gefahr ausgesetzt verloren zu gehen.

We get notified super fast and we love being able to communitcate with our customers in real time. We also appreciate knowing what products they have in their cart and what city they're contacting us from to help with estimating shipping costs.

It's great being able to add this to our customer service game without having to add another subscription to our operations. Other apps may offer more (I wouldn't know) but this is a great option to have without investing time, money and effort into getting chat going.

the app works well , but sometime it creates more then one conversation for a single customer , which makes hard to chat , as some messages were on different chat and some on other. for the mobile app , i would need a message notification sound of my choice or atleast a sound that is loud enough to hear , sometimes i miss customers messages because of low notification sound. other then this , the app works well

Wir haben die App seit einigen Wochen im Shop. Die Livechat-Funktion lässt sich leicht in die Webseite integrieren und im Stil wunderbar konfigurieren. Wir haben Chats sowohl über Desktop-PC als auch Smartphone-App geführt, beides problemlos und einfach. Der Funktionsumfang erlaubt größeren Teams das Zuweisen von Anfragen - wir sind so klein, dass wir vieles gar nicht brauchen. Ich hatte unter 10 Livechats, die alle super funktioniert haben. Die wenigen echten Chats sind auch darin begründet, dass Inbox erlaubt, automatisierte Antworten zu erstellen - das wird von unseren Kund:innen sehr gut angenommen, so holen die sich ihre Antworten, einfach selbständig auch außerhalb unserer Servicezeiten. Ich bin überzeugt, dass Inbox uns dabei hilft, Interessenten zu Kunden zu machen.

excellent, i have instant access to messages which is great when customers are online with issues. they can be resolved easily and effectively. Fast loading and not laggy. glad i moved to Shopify.

Never had a problem with it but would like some sort of notification like a ding dong to know ive received a message. perhaps there is a feature and i dont know about it?
