Fantastic experience. App in itself works great, but the customer support is exceptional. We had a couple of issues that were promptly answered and then resolved within a matter of hours that involved their team reviewing our code and theme and making bespoke changes to fit our needs.

It's really easy to set-up the colour swatch app - unfortunately I missed part of the instructions (my fault), but the support team quickly spotted what I'd done wrong & guided me through the steps to fix my error. I've been using the Globo Color Swatch app for a while and I’m honestly impressed by how seamless and user-friendly it is. I was pulling my hair out trying to get the proper swatch functionality in the Dawn Theme in shopify. I went way deep down a number of rabbit holes. Finally I contacted customer service and they said I should check out Globo. My problem was that I had different products that had same color names, but the colors are different for the different products--think red shirts and red pants but the colors don't look the same. Globo is a great solution! It adds the functionality to the Dawn app to allow different swatches for colors with the same names on different product pages and is actually very simple to use! I did run into a problem today that was definitely user error. I went to globo's chat, and Andrew helped me fix it really quickly! So hurray to Andrew and to Globo for making my day and helping me move forward on what I think will be exactly the website I need for my store!

Their support is useless and very long. They don't help, especially Sarah from their support They surely bought or write by themselves all the reviews, which are all fake. Don't trust this app, and choose others. Don't loose your time.
