Been using GemPages for a long time now it's really easy to use and the customer service answered fast and effectively to fix any bugs !

GemPages has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Anytime I have a question, their team responds quickly and helps me solve it right away. I never have to worry about my webpage staying unpublished for long, they always find a solution fast. It’s such a relief to have support I can count on!

My skill level is fairly low. It isn't easy at first, that's for sure, but what you can achieve on this app for the price is impressive. I must do some training as I bother the helpdesk every day trying to work stuff out! They are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable, there isn't anything they haven't been able to fix.

Tina was very helpful when I had questions. The app is SUPER easy to build out funnels and other product pages. Big fan!

Big problem. I have created a landing page, but the shopping cart creates an incorrect design (different from the original store). GemPages shopping cart design is terrible. Emerald in support did not help me and told me to solve the problem myself. Support claims that the cart is managed in the main Shopify theme, but I don't have that. There is an error on the app side and they are not solving it. I paid 59 dollars, spent a whole day doing the landings and now I'm going to lose time and money.

I really like GemPages and it's features, it makes it easy to build out the site. BUT, unfortunately it greatly impacts the speed and performance of my website and it's a big issue. Every developer I hire tells me that GemPages is the biggest issue my site has. In order to provide the best experience to customers, GemPages really needs to find a way to make their builder function within Shopify better. The annual fee and having to constantly find a developers is just too much to worry about.
