Please stay away form this APP, they have made continuous errors on my website, and although I cancelled the subscription 2 months ago, they are still taking money from my account (over £100). I am speaking with Shopify to help me stop this robbery and fraud.

I had 1,500 old orders to import from a Wordpress ecommerce site. The Matrixify app did an excellent job and now all of my old orders are in my Shopify site. It wasn't easy, though. VERY steep learning curve to get my data formatted in a spreadsheet correctly. But when I had a question, the staff responded immediately and helpfully. So overall it's a really great app but it's mighty complex for the average user.

The documentation for Matrixify is incredibly thorough! I was able to successfully migrate my Woocommerce products, customers, and orders to my new Shopify shop. I did have a few questions in the beginning, just to double-check that I understood everything correctly, and customer service response was prompt and helpful.

Saves a lot of time! Moving from BigCommerce to Shopify was initially daunting, and I was skeptical about paying for a subscription for what seemed like just importing and exporting CSV files. This fills the gaps on so many things that you need to be able to do as far as bulk editing in Shopify. Documentation is fantastic and I don't think I've ever seen a single bug.

There is zero customer support too. the app works great for what it is but very pricing for just downloading tables.

Exporting and importing custom metafield data for the purpose of filtering by metafield using Shopify's Search and Discovery App. Exporting of this data is not a native feature in Shopify, Matrixify makes it easy and is intuitive to use. Great for our purposes, we look forward to exploring more of the advanced data management features.
