Hi! I need help with a billing issue. I installed the Matrixify app on November 2, realized the same day that it didn’t work for my needs, and uninstalled it immediately. I also contacted Support that day to make sure I would not be billed. However, my latest Shopify invoice includes a Matrixify charge — and the invoice even shows the app as “uninstalled.” This is an incorrect app charge for an app that was removed the same day. Can you please escalate this to the Billing Team for a refund of the Matrixify fee and ensure no further app charges occur.

Works great, and saves tons of time! I'm still holding out for the ability to set shipping profiles for my products. This app saves me tons of time. Well worth it. - Since leaving the review, shipping profiles have been added. I just tried it out, and it saves me so much time already. This is by far the most important app I have in terms of managing my Shopify Store. Thank You!!

Matrixify is the single most useful tool in managing a store on Shopify, hands down. Merchandising, Product, Engineering, and Marketing all use it constantly to run sales, create new content, or manage content between multiple shops. If you're a retailer of any size, you need this app. Period.

Couldn't function without it! Simiplifies the day to day operations of managing a Shopify store at scale and immensely useful for both operations and reporting data. Could not manage our product catalogue effectively without it.

Can not recommend this app. Tried to import products and variant products with a supplier file. Contacted several times support. There is only support via e-mail or through a chatbot called Maibo that doesn't help. Buy licence for nothing.

Matrixify is a life-saver been using it since it used be called Excelify. Can't run a shop without it.

Een onmisbare plugin waarvan de functionaliteit eigenlijk standaard onderdeel zou moeten zijn van Shopify. Ook erg fijne support - ze helpen je snel met iedere uitdaging die je maar hebt.

Was a real help to remove variants that i didn't need anymore. It took 5 hours with basic plan, but it would take me weeks to do it manually.
