cannot accept xml files. Does not reliably pull files from an ftp server. Very restrictive file name requirements that are not compatible with manufacturer pushed inventory feeds.

Very disappointed. My expectation chatting with you AI was that Matrixify would actually remove, remove like gone, product from a location. That's not the case. I wasted $20 finding out.

I exported our products. Then adjusted some items in the "Command" column to "DELETE" as the instructions suggest. Then I imported the Matrixify file back into our store. Simple right? No. As I worked with the spreadsheet, one of the columns was placed into a new position. Column order doesn’t normally affect an import in most settings. But I guess that was enough to skew Matrixify. When the adjusted file was imported back into Shopify, all of our product descriptions were missing. Fortunately, I had the sense to download a backup file of our products prior to working with Matrixify. So I was able to re-import our good product file from Shopify back to the store to restore the damage that was caused by Matrixify.

So far my experience has been exactly as advertised. I have been very impressed with the sophistication of the tool to pull the data out that I need and reimport it. I have only just begun, but it has already saved me a ton of time!

Matrixify is a great tool to have. It allows work to be done in bulk. We use to bulk add, edit and audit data

I cancelled the subscription and they still charged me the next month. They dont have an accesible support area, and Shopify cleans its self by saying they are 3rd party app and they cant do anything.

Lifesaver for shops with high SKU bandwidth using Shopify. It’s rock solid for bulk imports and exports, handles complex product data reliably, and saves an enormous amount of time once your catalog goes beyond a few thousand SKUs. For any serious Shopify operation, it’s pretty much essential.

A waste of 20$. The app is made terribly for transferring a store. I've bought a plan on this store to export my data. Then, I switched to the new store and installed Matrixify in order to import the previous file. Now, it asks me to subscribe again to import. The app isn't designed to transfer stores. Keep that in mind.

Incredibly hard to use. I've been trying to get a large metaobject sheet imported for DAYS now! Nothing but issues and errors. Only have AI support. Took almost 2 daays for a human ro get back to me, and they didn't even answer my question. This app is very expensive to not have any real support
