I need a refund

cannot accept xml files. Does not reliably pull files from an ftp server. Very restrictive file name requirements that are not compatible with manufacturer pushed inventory feeds.

Very disappointed. My expectation chatting with you AI was that Matrixify would actually remove, remove like gone, product from a location. That's not the case. I wasted $20 finding out.

Garbage! I exported our products. Then adjusted some items in the "Command" column to "DELETE" as the instructions suggest. Then I imported the Matrixify file back into our store. Simple right? Well it should've been since I was importing the same Matrixify CSV file that we exported back to our store. But the Matrixify product file was somehow misaligned in the process. And all of our product descriptions were missing. Fortunately, I had the sense to download a backup file of our products prior to working with Matrixify. So I was able to re-import our good product file from Shopify back to the store to restore the damage that was caused by Matrixify.

I cancelled the subscription and they still charged me the next month. They dont have an accesible support area, and Shopify cleans its self by saying they are 3rd party app and they cant do anything.

A waste of 20$. The app is made terribly for transferring a store. I've bought a plan on this store to export my data. Then, I switched to the new store and installed Matrixify in order to import the previous file. Now, it asks me to subscribe again to import. The app isn't designed to transfer stores. Keep that in mind.

Hi! I need help with a billing issue. I installed the Matrixify app on November 2, realized the same day that it didn’t work for my needs, and uninstalled it immediately. I also contacted Support that day to make sure I would not be billed. However, my latest Shopify invoice includes a Matrixify charge — and the invoice even shows the app as “uninstalled.” This is an incorrect app charge for an app that was removed the same day. Can you please escalate this to the Billing Team for a refund of the Matrixify fee and ensure no further app charges occur.

This app will mess up your data. Then when you don't use it/uninstall it they threaten to freeze your Shopify. Can't reach anyone. Take it from a certified data specialist...don't use. UPDATE: I am writing to formally address a serious issue caused by your company with my account, which was frozen despite my attempts to resolve the matter. I was charged $20 for a service I did not use, and the product caused significant data issues. Despite notifying your team of these problems, my account continue to be held hostage until the disputed charge is paid. I request an immediate refund of the $20 and stay away from my account. Failure to address this promptly will result in this review remaining public. I am disappointed by the lack of accountability and urge you to rectify this situation to restore trust.

I had a simple task of migrating orders from one Shopify store to another. What they don't tell you is that fulfillments cannot be migrated, so now I have thousands of Unfulfilled orders in my new store that are automatically assigned to my fulfillment service. I now have to manually go through them, change the fulfillment location, and mark them as fulfilled. Matrixify's response to this issue what to tell me they can't help me and then gave me a refund. I now have a HUGE mess on my hands. I do NOT recommend this app.

I do not recommend it. It is probably good to have VERY advanced knowledge of CSV and RSS feed data. But they will not help you. I tried just the free version and waisted my 10 as it did not upload anything I needed.

Please stay away form this APP, they have made continuous errors on my website, and although I cancelled the subscription 2 months ago, they are still taking money from my account (over £100). I am speaking with Shopify to help me stop this robbery and fraud.

Useless app, also the support not responding for days

This app is a failure. I guess the positive reviews come from people who have 2 collections and 5 products, or left a review before actually using it. The app makes thousands of errors. It never transfers everything, loses photos, collections, makes mistakes, and displays nonsensical messages that have nothing to do with the actual problem. It's a disaster. They should refund everyone. Moreover, when you contact support, it feels like you're talking to an NPC who doesn't understand what you're writing and whose replies are off-topic.

I didn't install this but have been charged for it Not a happy customer

I don't see that it is worth it. For some reason, not all of my products were migrated to the new store, and not all the images were migrated as well. I don't understand what I paid for.

The bulk tracking tutorial is outdated.
