Matrixify has been extremely helpful for our workflow. We use it regularly to update product prices, discounts, descriptions, and images, as well as to create new products, all in bulk. It saves us a huge amount of time and makes managing large product catalogs much easier. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with bulk updates in Shopify.

Matrixify really allows me full control over my data exports from Shopify. Saving the reports as exports really speeds up the regular reporting process. I could not work without it given the limitations in Shopify's native report exports.

Incredibly useful and powerful app. There is a bit of a learning curve for sure, but once you figure out what you need it is a great program to have.

Hi! I need help with a billing issue. I installed the Matrixify app on November 2, realized the same day that it didn’t work for my needs, and uninstalled it immediately. I also contacted Support that day to make sure I would not be billed. However, my latest Shopify invoice includes a Matrixify charge — and the invoice even shows the app as “uninstalled.” This is an incorrect app charge for an app that was removed the same day. Can you please escalate this to the Billing Team for a refund of the Matrixify fee and ensure no further app charges occur.

Works great, and saves tons of time! I'm still holding out for the ability to set shipping profiles for my products. This app saves me tons of time. Well worth it. - Since leaving the review, shipping profiles have been added. I just tried it out, and it saves me so much time already. Matrixify is the single most useful tool in managing a store on Shopify, hands down. Merchandising, Product, Engineering, and Marketing all use it constantly to run sales, create new content, or manage content between multiple shops. If you're a retailer of any size, you need this app. Period.

Couldn't function without it! Simiplifies the day to day operations of managing a Shopify store at scale and immensely useful for both operations and reporting data. Could not manage our product catalogue effectively without it.

Can not recommend this app. Tried to import products and variant products with a supplier file. Contacted several times support. There is only support via e-mail or through a chatbot called Maibo that doesn't help. Buy licence for nothing.
