Lifesaver for shops with high SKU bandwidth using Shopify. It’s rock solid for bulk imports and exports, handles complex product data reliably, and saves an enormous amount of time once your catalog goes beyond a few thousand SKUs. For any serious Shopify operation, it’s pretty much essential.

A waste of 20$. The app is made terribly for transferring a store. I've bought a plan on this store to export my data. Then, I switched to the new store and installed Matrixify in order to import the previous file. Now, it asks me to subscribe again to import. The app isn't designed to transfer stores. Keep that in mind.

Really good app. We have a large catalogue of 15,000+ products and 400+ collections. The app has saved us so much time to help update the content. It works flawlessly. Can highly recommend.

Incredibly hard to use. I've been trying to get a large metaobject sheet imported for DAYS now! Nothing but issues and errors. Only have AI support. Took almost 2 daays for a human ro get back to me, and they didn't even answer my question. This app is very expensive to not have any real support

So we had another website that we used Matrixify for and fell in love with, which then when we had another website we also downloaded it and went for the highest plan. Their AI chatbot is SUPER solid and well trained, you don't feel like you're talking to a robot at all. We recently had a booboo and the team was so super kind enough to helps us out and gave us a chance.

Matrixify has been extremely helpful for our workflow. We use it regularly to update product prices, discounts, descriptions, and images, as well as to create new products, all in bulk. It saves us a huge amount of time and makes managing large product catalogs much easier. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with bulk updates in Shopify.

Matrixify really allows me full control over my data exports from Shopify. Saving the reports as exports really speeds up the regular reporting process. I could not work without it given the limitations in Shopify's native report exports.

Incredibly useful and powerful app. There is a bit of a learning curve for sure, but once you figure out what you need it is a great program to have.
