I had an issue transferring my files from Shopify to Etsy. Justin was quick to help and spent most of the day with his team figuring out the issue, and got my shop back on track! I don't know any other company that jumps in to help like that. Most would care less, leaving you on your own to figure it out. I can't recommend this company enough! Thanks for all the help!

Mediocre experience overall. It’s reasonable that the app charges more as you add listings, but the pricing enforcement is aggressive—once you exceed the limit, it can disconnect immediately and prompt you to pay right away. On the other hand, if you remove listings to reduce usage, there’s no refund or credit issued. Use with caution. Do not recommend this app for beginners or anyone without legal teams

I have been using Vela since it was in beta several years ago and I can't begin to tell you how many hours of manual work it saved me. I use it for my shop on other platforms as well. Has been working flawlessly and it's so much easier to use than the clunky built-in "bulk editing" Shopify offers. Not to mention the friendly, fast support you receive when you do run into any issue. Super happy, love it!

Love this app—and the fast, responsive customer service is a huge bonus. The interface is clean, intuitive, and makes it incredibly easy to find and bulk edit listings, pricing, and product details. Compared to other bulk editing tools, Vela is far more polished and user-friendly (most others feel clunky, outdated and kinda ugly). Vela is smooth enough to confidently hand off to a VA or team member, which alone makes it incredibly valuable. We use it daily to optimize SEO, update listing titles and descriptions, create pricing profiles, and manage product photos—all in one place. The built-in AI photo editing is a game changer. Being able to edit and improve images directly inside Vela saves so much time compared to exporting designs to Canva and re-uploading them into Shopify. If you manage a Shopify store with more than a handful of products and value your time, this app is absolutely worth the price!

This app is a must have if you are an active seller looking to sell across multiple selling platforms. Editing between multiple stores in one app is a game changer. Vela also listens to their customers which has been evident over the last few years. I have directly interacted with one of the creators of Vela, so customer service does not get any better. Buckle up because Vela will be expanding to new selling platforms in the very near future.

Wow this is an excellent program! Great design, with functionality. I wanted to mass bulk edit my item titles and it does a great job!

Super happy with the customer service for this app. I was able to get help right away through the chat, and then even through Zoom. A lot of intensive one on one help and questions answered! I am able to use Vela to update my listings and save SO much time. Also really excited about the new features coming out!

This app has been a game changer for me! I am not one to use apps like this for my business generally but I stumbled upon this and have been using it to help create/update/change my listings on ETSY for the last two years. It has saved me enormous amounts of time and is very user friendly. Adding my current listings on ETSY to SHOPIFY now and this app has made it so easy. Can't say enough good things about it. Highly recommend!!

I have been using Get Vela for about 15 months now and every time I think I have it all figured out, I find yet more capabilities that I didn't even know about! It is constantly evolving and improving and makes my life so much easier in listing on Shopify and Etsy (and soon - eBay too). In addition, Justin and his team are always available to help whenever I have a question - even a silly one! Lastly, they are the ONLY POD-associated company that has ever reached out to me to ask what I thought and what I needed, how I used the Vela platform and what could be done better. I started using Vela for my Etsy shop and I honestly dreaded how I was going to copy all of my listings over to Shopify once I opened my own store but using Vela made it so easy to copy them all over, especially since my catalog is over 250 SKU's. The bulk editing feature is really useful, especially for photos that are specific for Etsy listings. Support is really helpful and responsive as well.
