I never leave reviews because I am lazy, but in a world of a million shopify apps that seek to charge you 69 ways from Sunday, I do appreciate that this app is free. It was also stupid easy to set up and personalize. I appreciate you guys being different.

The app is easy to install. I tried various upsell apps but found this one working best for me. So happy to find this app.

Essential Upsell is a simple app that does what it needs to and is very easy to set up, no messing about, get the app working in less than 5 mins. Now i hope it functions just as smoothly.

By far the best, and most simple Add-On app I have used. It Looks beautiful on the page, Just everything is great.

So far good. However the color theme I selected doesn't actually show up on the page. It defaults to my pages theme settings which isn't fine as it helps it match. And the discount offer does not appear.

Such a great app - It took me some time to realize that I can use it and It helped me upsell products like never before.

I haven't used the app for long but so far I've been very happy about the product and the customer service is effective and quick. The design of the app is nice too.

Does exactly what I need it to. Extremely easy to navigate and customize. Only change I would like to see is being able to recommend different products depending on the product variant being selected

I've been delighted with the Essential Upsell app; it has made a noticeable difference. I truly appreciate that it doesn't feel like I'm pushing random items on my customers—the "frequently bought together" and "also like" recommendations actually make sense. I can understand why someone would pick those items together. It feels more like I'm genuinely helping them find what they need rather than just trying to squeeze a few extra bucks out of each order. Plus, setting up those little bundles and promotions was much easier than I expected, and seeing those AOV numbers increase is definitely a nice bonus. It's not just about flashy pop-ups; it's about making the shopping experience smoother and more helpful, and that's what I was looking for.
