Ich versuche seit Wochen den Support zu erreichen, aber keiner meldet sich auf die Anfragen. Es geht darum, dass das Thema Commercial Invoice bei DHL Versand in die Schweiz nicht ordentlich funktioniert und ich bräuchte hier dringend eine Rückmeldung. Wäre super wenn der Support sich endlich mal bei mir meldet!

Der Support ist ein absoluter Traum. Mir wurde auf meine Mail innerhalb von 2 Minuten geantwortet und nachdem das Problem nicht per Mail gelöst wurden konnte wurde es einfach vom Support via Zugriffanforderung auf meinen Shop gelöst! Zudem ist der Support auf Deutsch was auch nicht immer selbstverständlich ist.

"easy" zu Recht im Namen. Läuft alles einwandrei und intuitiv/einfach. Bei Problemen gibt es schnell zielführende Hilfe.

Wir nutzen schon seit längerem die anderen Versand-Apps von 247APPS (easyDPD & easyGLS) und sind vollkommen begeistert. Sehr einfache Bedienung. Unser Versand-Prozess wurde deutlich vereinfach. Der Service in Deutsch ist äußerst hilfsbereit und reagiert sehr schnell. Das gleiche gilt natürlich auch für easyDHL. Absolute Empfehlung!

Super App!! Seit wir sie haben frage ich mich, warum wir nicht schon viel früher umgestiegen sind. Macht wirklich vieles einfacher. Support auch top – schnelle Rückmeldung und löst das Problem. App wird ständig um neue von Kunden gewünschte Funktionen erweitert. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Definitiv die beste und einfachste Art die Onlineshop Versand Abwicklung zu machen. Wüsste kein Feature welches man braucht und diese App hat es nicht.
