Amazing integration with Shopify and live shipping. It's the easiest platform I have used so far to connect to my Shopify store without needed Add-ons. Everything works quickly and product chnges within Easyship update in real time on my website for live shipping updates. Having 3 options for customers to choose at checkout is also great. Live rates have been spot on with my Australia Post My Business App aswell.

I used EasyShip for the first time to ship a standard FedEx 2Day box with correct dimensions and weight. Days later, they email me that they will add a $31.50 “oversized” charge — even though FedEx accepted the box without issue. There’s no clear way to dispute it so I have just emailed the support. I will not be using EasyShip.

Been using them for over a month now. Nice prices and good service. I had a problem with 1 package out of about 50 sent and Lauretta from the CS team worked with me over more than 2 weeks to resolve the problem and also to help me get a refund for that package. I have and will highly recommend them.

EasyShip is not capable of shipping orders that cannot fit into 1 box. If the order needs to go into 2 boxes or more, the platform cannot handle it correctly.

The Easyship team is always very responsive and solution-oriented and the the service is easy to navigate however it is not always that the fees are competetive with market rates.

Pooja was exceptional in assisting with my concern. He event went an extra mile by sending a follow up and making sure everything has been resolved. He is a great at his job and providing a world-class service. Kudos to you, Pooja! :)

AWFUL! I have had constant glitches and I've used them for 3 years. None of my claims get approved anymore unless I pay extra for insurance. They clog up your email with an unnecessary update for every claim until it's completed. Support is not great. I don't know of any great alternatives otherwise I'd move in a heartbeat.

Nonexistent Technical Support** When I encountered issues with shipments, I received nothing but canned apologies and zero real help. There is no technical support when you actually need it. Reaching someone who can resolve issues in a timely manner is nearly impossible. This is unacceptable for a platform that claims to support e-commerce businesses. **2. Unreliable Service = Disrupted Operations** Shipping is the backbone of any online store, and with Easyship, my operations were disrupted repeatedly. I had shipments pending with no clarity, and no one followed up to resolve the issues. For a service that markets itself as a logistics solution, this is a serious failure. **3. No Accountability or Action** I received plenty of apologies, but apologies don’t fix broken processes. I needed action, and it never came. My business cannot afford delays and miscommunication when it comes to order fulfillment. **4. Refund and Cancellation Issues** I’ve requested a full cancellation of my annual subscription and a refund—not just for the subscription, but also for the cancelled shipments that are still pending. I expect this to be processed without further delay. I’ve lost both time and money due to this platform. --- ### Final Word: I Do Not Recommend If you’re serious about your business and need a dependable shipping solution with actual support, **look elsewhere**. Easyship failed to deliver on even the most basic expectations. I’m not happy, and I’m sharing this review so other entrepreneurs don’t fall into the same trap. After my disappointing experience with Easyship, I’ve made the switch to NetParcel, a Canadian-based shipping platform. So far, installation has been seamless, and everything is based out of Shopify. No need to leave Shopify to create labels.
