Excellent customer service and great shipping solutions. The platform is so easy to use offering great quotes that help us keep shipping costs under control. The customer service team is highly professional, always prompt and incredibly supportive. They always do their best to find solutions whenever we encounter difficulties, making us feel genuinly valued as customers. Terrible and scandalous. They will charge you far more than quoted, bring you some charges from weeks ago, topping up the charges you already paid. They will charge your card without telling you. Watch out for hundreds of pounds charges put on your card. Always blaming the couriers for their additional charges due to weight checks etc. The app works fine but their practices are scandalous.

I've used Easyship (and their affiliated warehouse for inventory management and fulfilment) for a few years now and overall, it's a good combination as a small business owner. They drastically reduce the time spent on fulfilment so that I can focus on other parts of the business. While they offer favourable rates on most couriers due to their volume, if you're often using your local postal services, this will cost quite a bit more than doing it yourself because they don't offer discounts, and Easyship's margins will add to that cost. But for the time saved, plus the ability to offer my customers 3 shipping options each time (cheapest, fastest and best value), it's a no-brainer for me to continue using this service. There have been hiccups along the way but most of the time (as I'd expect from all companies who offer global shipping), their support is quick and efficient.

This APP was working pretty well for well over a year and then started sending us UPS overcharges weekly for multi package shipments. Some times more than double what the APP had quoted us. This caused us to lose money on a number of orders and when we contacted Easyship they insisted that it was not their responsibility and requested detailed pictures of packages that had left our building weeks before in oder to file a claim. They then wanted us to recreate the packages and send them pictures wasting time and materials on our end. They say that it is up to the courier to have the final say. Even when they can check the system and see that we had shipped two packages and printed two labels they allow UPS to come back and bill for four packages. There is a serious communication issue between this platform and the UPS API and when pressing the chat agent to speak with someone in management my request fell on deaf ears. I am sure that I can not be the only customer having this issue so I would assume that Easyship has no real interest in resolving the problem and is simply going to rely on the fine print in their agreement so point the finger at UPS and continue to allow them to bill in excess of the services rendered. In all honesty you should keep shopping for a shipping APP and skip this one entirely. They have somehow managed to not allow Google reviews of their company. That alone tells you something.

I worked late last night until about 12 am and signed up for a trial account with them before going to sleep. During registration, I filled in my details, including our business address in Australia and my mobile number. Their team called just a few minutes after I signed up around midnight, which made my dog bark loudly and woke up my baby, who cried for hours. It was ridiculous since they didn’t even check the time zone before calling.

My honest opinion. I used this app at first because it seems easier and more reliable. it was working fine with a few issues here and there. when you ship hazardous items it doesn't mention it on the label at all so you can have problems without realizing(Its my first time so I had no idea), and when you ship international using certain carriers it doesn't give you the full list of the things you need or that are okay. for example it doesn't tell you that FedEx needs you to buy their boxes only, that they will use the wrong label size and weight you had for your previous box and put it on the new one. result is you pay insane custom fees for the wrong label when you didn't do anything wrong :) beware. the support was decent. sometimes you get someone useful sometimes not. most of the time I sent emails and didn't get answers back. the only time they worked hard was to tell me to change my review if they fixed the issue which is why I'm writing this. Extremely poor customer service. Absolutely do not recommend. First of all, the app does not inform you that you need to upgrade to Shopify Pro or Advanced to be able to use features on their app (the courier fees showing up on your website). You find this out after paying for the app. I contacted support to receive a refund because this was the only reason I downloaded the app and they refused to refund me even though I had just signed up and have not and will not use any features on the app. I will be contacting my bank for my money back but everyone be aware of this if you are thinking of downloading.

This looks like a good app for shipping but it will require you to be on the Shopify Advanced or Plus in order to use the calculated rates at checkout.

Really Really bad, software looks easy to use has plenty of bugs and issues here and there that you will discover on the long term. Our current issue is that DHL shipments will never work in DDP mode. So end customers will always be charged for taxes whatever terms you select (DDU / DDP) . Please BE AWARE that if you have an issue, the dev team will never fix it.

I tried a couple other solutions (Shippo, Stamps) before learning about Easyship. Both apps sucked. Like they were built in a weekend by someone who has never shipped anything. Then I tried Easyship. They integrate very well with Shopify, creating packing inserts to help me pick + pack. The app also has a “Rules” feature that makes it very easy to drag/drop logic like “if this order value, add insurance.” Or “if this country, always choose this courier.” Effortless. Like coding your own logistics solution without any code. And I especially enjoy the package algorithm. If you provide the correct dimensions and weights of each product inside Shopify Admin, Easyship will automatically choose the right box for you. Including from your own collection of boxes. Brilliant. I am very happy with Easyship’s product and fast support (<60 seconds live chat, phone). Check them out!
