The Easyship team is always very responsive and solution-oriented and the the service is easy to navigate however it is not always that the fees are competetive with market rates.

AWFUL! I have had constant glitches and I've used them for 3 years. None of my claims get approved anymore unless I pay extra for insurance. They clog up your email with an unnecessary update for every claim until it's completed. Support is not great. I don't know of any great alternatives otherwise I'd move in a heartbeat.

I’m writing this review as a warning to other Shopify store owners who may be considering Easyship. My experience has been frustrating and costly—and I want to make sure others fully understand what they’re signing up for. **1. Nonexistent Technical Support** When I encountered issues with shipments, I received nothing but canned apologies and zero real help. There is no technical support when you actually need it. Reaching someone who can resolve issues in a timely manner is nearly impossible. This is unacceptable for a platform that claims to support e-commerce businesses. **2. Unreliable Service = Disrupted Operations** Shipping is the backbone of any online store, and with Easyship, my operations were disrupted repeatedly. I had shipments pending with no clarity, and no one followed up to resolve the issues. For a service that markets itself as a logistics solution, this is a serious failure. **3. No Accountability or Action** I received plenty of apologies, but apologies don’t fix broken processes. I needed action, and it never came. My business cannot afford delays and miscommunication when it comes to order fulfillment. **4. Refund and Cancellation Issues** I’ve requested a full cancellation of my annual subscription and a refund—not just for the subscription, but also for the cancelled shipments that are still pending. I expect this to be processed without further delay. I’ve lost both time and money due to this platform. --- ### Final Word: I Do Not Recommend If you’re serious about your business and need a dependable shipping solution with actual support, **look elsewhere**. Easyship failed to deliver on even the most basic expectations. I’m not happy, and I’m sharing this review so other entrepreneurs don’t fall into the same trap. After my disappointing experience with Easyship, I’ve made the switch to NetParcel, a Canadian-based shipping platform. So far, installation has been seamless, and everything is based out of Shopify. No need to leave Shopify to create labels.

Neha and Monika were outstanding, exceptionally patient, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire setup process. They provided clear, step-by-step guidance that made everything much easier to navigate. While the initial setup can be a bit challenging, the level of support offered by the EasyShip team, especially during the 14-day trial period, proved to be absolutely essential. Their assistance made a real difference.

This app is completely broken. I upgraded my subscription to invite a team member, and their invite system does not work at all. It fails every time, with obvious console errors any developer can spot. I reported it immediately, provided everything they needed, and still got nothing but delays and excuses. After repeatedly asking for a refund, they flat-out refused, claiming they weren’t capable of issuing one, even though they admitted the issue exists. Just think about that. They are charging users for broken features and refusing to take responsibility. This is deceptive and unacceptable. I’m here to warn you: avoid this app at all costs.

After installing the app I had a few issues with trying to pay for my shipment. Anup explained to me what the issue was and guided me what to do. Anup also answered a few more questions I had with confidence and in a quick fashion. Very impressed with Anup's support!!

Paid for the premium subscription to add multiple couriers. They failed to integrate the additional couriers correctly, which meant labels couldn't be generated. Spoke to customer service over 4 weeks, who failed to check the integration and resolve the issue. The result, paying £80 a month for a shipping label provider than can't provide labels. Poor.

Easyship is the best! We ship expensive fragile chandeliers all over the world in a wide range of box sizes and circumstances. Our Shopify store is fully integrated and I set all of it up myself.

We had been using another developer's paid product for over a year, and it seemed to only trend worse over time. After several reports of abandoned carts due to shipping errors, I had to take action as that developer had poor communication skills (no responses to emails, unavailable when ringing phones). Enter Easyship. As the name implies, it really is! We have two warehouse locations in different countries, with different region-specific carrier rate accounts. A few simple rules, and with a test profile, we were test-shipping error-free, with ACCURATE rates. The level of confidence I have in this product vs. the competitor's is VERY high.

The features are good, but when something goes wrong, and it will, you won't get any support that will actually solve an issue. They'll give you platitudes of "your ticket is a high priority" and not do anything. We had to manually print labels for a week (and counting). They'll say its fixed, I'll go back in and the problem reappears. Look at one of their many other competitors if you want a long term solution.

Very intuitive easy to use interface and great support team when you need them. I had an issue with notifications for pickups and Neha Roy from the support team went out of her way to find me the resolution! The onboarding call last week was very helpful as well. I tried Shipstation and Veeqo as well but easyship beats them handsdown with their customer centric approach

I like the platform - but very frustrating dealing with them. Buyer beware - save yourself some and explore other options as well. Service is a frustrating process, especially that the service is located in India, seems to cause issues with time zones when we needed support, as emails or chats are not responded to until sometime later. When you do get support, it is nothing more than an email linking to a generic article or a video - which does not cover the issue or resolve your problem. UPS Billing is an issue, now rates increased, or not available as before, plus additional booking and pick-up fees, which do not show up until you have to ship, which was a nasty surprise. The onboarding team and support team also not on the same page, when onboarding and sale is made, some functions work, then afterward when this does not, support would say that this function never existed or API problems... Can be a great product, just hope they sort this out. Time will tell but shop around.

Terrible and scandalous. They will charge you far more than quoted, bring you some charges from weeks ago, topping up the charges you already paid. They will charge your card without telling you. Watch out for hundreds of pounds charges put on your card. Always blaming the couriers for their additional charges due to weight checks etc. The app works fine but their practices are scandalous.
